The first intermodal transport in Europe with e-cmr
In February 2019, together with Grimaldi Lines, we created the first intermodal transport managed entirely with electronic CMR between Spain and Italy. The port of Valencia saw the cargo depart from Madrid on one of our vehicles, reaching the port of Livorno by sea. From there, now by motorway, it reached its destination in Verona.
A pioneer in developing innovative and increasingly sustainable transport solutions, Trans Italia uses e-CMR to promote collaboration between senders, carriers and recipients, with considerable advantages in both maritime and rail intermodal transport, and the aim of increasing ecological and sustainable mobility.

Waste disposal in accordance with the law, respecting separate collection in the office and during the various transport phases. We dispose all waste deriving from vehicle maintenance, hazardous or not, in compliance with legal obligations
All our offices are furnished with recycled cardboard, thereby encouraging compliance with separate waste collection
App on the go
Our travelling personnel use an app that allows us to monitor shipments and get timely feedback on their progress.
Our operations centre follows the various stages of the goods’ progress and can promptly intervene in the event of any critical issues, to ensure that deadlines are met and deliveries are safe at all times.
